Nina is a board-certified athletic trainer specializing in comprehensive athlete management. She is a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) and NASM certified personal trainer, as well as a manual therapist certified in Graston Technique, RockTape Functional Movement Techniques, and Myofascial Decompression. Nina is certified by the Titleist® Performance Institute (TPI). Her areas of expertise include: reconditioning and return to sport, movement analysis & skill development for injury prevention, running & golf analysis, behavior modification, and nutrition for active lifestyles.
